過去職場安全領域文獻指出，安全氣候(safety climate)有助於降低職場意外和傷害的發生，顯見安全氣候的重要性。
然而，過去在衡量組織內安全氣候時，多直接將國外安全氣候量表翻譯至中文使用，缺乏中文版的一般性質安全氣候衡量工具。
有鑑於此，本研究是透過驗證驗證Huang et al. (2017)與Zohar and Luria (2005)的安全氣候量表，發展之中文短版安全氣候量表。

在設定生產速度和時程時, 會將安全列入考慮。Provides workers with a lot of information on safety issues.
會提供給員工很多安全議題上的資訊。Gives safety personnel the power they need to do their job.
給予安全部門人員所需要的權力, 使他們能夠執行工作。
